The Museum of Science and Industry was the site of the week long holiday display
Thanks to Bruce Boyle a small but dedicated group of volunteers came together this past Friday evening to assemble a holiday display at the Museum Of Science & Industry in Tampa. The display occupied a space 18’ x 39’ just outside the entrance to the Kids In Charge! Exhibit. The holiday train exhibit opened bright and early at 9:00 am on Saturday and will continue through Dec. 7th. MOSI officials were delighted with the display which included a large outer perimeter high speed track and the over and under figure 8 in the middle with an oval around a Christmas tree anchoring one end of the display.

There was a great deal of excitement over the weekend as many families and tour groups came through the facility. A tour group of young folks from Poland came through the area on Sunday afternoon and paused to look at the display while the tour group leader tried her best to keep them moving on their way to the science exhibit.
MOSI opened discussions on future exhibits including next year’s holiday display which may occupy a portion of the main entrance lobby. Watch for future announcements about new activities in this evolving partnership.
