Tampa Bay's Meet
The Tampa Bay Division's December Christmas Party was
hosted in Tampa at Ken & Becky Morgan's house.
For those of you who didn't make it, you missed a beautiful
day of nice weather, great FGRS train cookies and an assortment
of wonderful desserts.
As you walked thru the front door, you saw village scene set
atop their piano and decked to the hilt. As you continued thru
the front foyer, you looked down to an amazement of an "N"
scale layout running under a large, fully decorated Christmas tree.
If all this wasn't enough to "AW" you, as you opened the door to
the backyard, you were greeted with a wonderful hillside waterfall
setting with log cabins that the chimneys were really smoking.
The layout ran the entire width of the back yard. Once you made
your way to the opposite side of the yard, you were greeted with
a Mogul pulling several passenger cars on an inner loop. If this was
not enough, there was also a trolley running a "Point to Point" shuttle.There were over 100 current FGRS members, New members as
well as guests who attended this event. If you think this was
enough to make you smile, at 4pm, everyone headed over to the
clubhouse for a Holiday Dinner. If you didn't make this event,
