November 2001 Members Tour
"Southwest Division"

November 3, 2001

Shell Point
Nineteen members and guests went to Shell Point Village today to see their
HO train layout. It is laid out in the shape of the state of Florida. It is
so large that  a guide is necessary to explain all the things that are to
be seen. I took a lot of pics and you can pick and choose or whatever. It
was fun and everyone said they enjoyed it very much. Shell Point Village is
located in Fort Myers on McGregor Avenue and is the last street before the
toll gate for Sanibel Island. It's easy to find because from any direction
you just follow the Sanibel signs. Afterward we all went to Zoes restaurant
for a delightful lunch.
