The Tampa Bay Division's December meet was held at the home
of Jim EARLE's. The weather was pretty nice for the outdoor meet.
Several members and guests made it out for Jim's meet.
His layout sits on top of a 21" raised planting bed with several tons
of stone outlining the layout
