The BOYLE's
hosted
the March meet for the TampaBay Division. March
Madness at Joanne & Bruce Boyle’s was a great
success. The day found members of
TampaBay,
Central and Southwest Divisions coming together along with 9 new
members and
two guests to see the new railway that the Boyle’s have been working on
for the
past 6 months.
Blood, sweat, tears and 257 bags of cement created a great new
railway with three independent
loops running around mountains, stream and pond.
While there may be a few remaining touches
to be added, the trains ran well in
and about scenery that looked well on the way to completion.
Bruce and Joanne
decided on a very low maintenance approach to the railway – lots of
concrete
and artificial landscaping. Our hats off to the Boyle’s!
