Kevin & Ruth TIMMONS held the April meet for the Tampa Bay Division.
The First-Time meet at Ruth & Kevin Timmons
house was a
great success! 60+ members and guests
participated in the grand opening of their new railroad. It was a
spectacular
sight to see with the 2 mainlines traveling through tunnels, over one
of the
ponds and down the long stretch paralleling the pool. This railroad was
begun
just this past August and it has the look of being in place for quite
some
time. After listening to Ruth and Kevin describe the building and
construction
efforts it was clear as to who was in charge…….it really was a great
joint
effort.
<>We had some
members bring engines to run and they, too,
looked good running through the landscape. It’s always good to have
folks bring
something to run and share something new.
