DECEMBER
2009 Members Tour
Stan & Irene KOTAS hosted the December meet for the Tampa Bay Division.
Christmas meet at the home of Stan and Irene Kotas in Brandon. Stan and Irene had
several trains running, the weather was cool, the food was good and the fellowship was fine.
We had a few unexpected guests ( Santa's Wife, Betty Gilbert, one of Santa's reindeer,
Vic Gilbert and finally one of Santa's elves David Kish.
Show and tell: We had many members make Christmas cars for the show at the Tampa
Fair grounds.
Clinic: How to build buildings by John Crompton John showed us how he makes his
buildings by building a basic box and adding to it. John's buildings are made from plastic
and plastructs products.
Raffle: we had a great Super raffle to end the year, many engines, cars, licence plates,
Dvd's, structures, and metal banks.
